3 culinary worlds

An essential part of an Italian’s day is the aperitif. That moment before dinner (or even lunch), when the stomach prepares to receive food. A sacred moment, where it relaxes us after a tiring day. Where thoughts become light, between a good glass of wine or spritz and some snacks. Among these, there may be cold cuts, cheeses, and hot dishes to nibble. For this reason, Tao has this form and these 3 materials.

The white marble of Orosei, cold and pure, for cheeses; 🧀
Black Ligurian slate, a lava stone with great calorific power, for hot dishes; ♨️
The olive tree, a noble wood with an incomparable appearance, for cured meats. 🐷
